> The site is maintained by About Town Trading as Glampmobile. The Glampmobile website collects no personally identifying information about individuals except when specifically, and knowingly provided by such individuals. In addition, the Glampmobile site may place a “cookie” in the browser files of a user’s computer. The cookie itself does not gather any user information, although it will enable the site to relate a user’s use of the site to information that the user has specifically and knowingly provided to Glampmobile.

> When you book a Glampmobile hire, we will gather all the information we need to process your booking. Any sensitive personal data we require for insurance purposes will be kept securely on our systems until 30 days after the end of your hire at which time it will be permanently deleted.

> We will not send you email marketing unless you have requested us to, or unless you have asked us to previously. You can opt out of email marketing at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting us.

> We do not store any payment details, these are sent to and managed securely by our payment service provider. We do not keep a record of your credit card.

> When you opt in to receive marketing communications from us you do so by requesting to receive information or our blog using the online form, opting in during the booking process or signing up at an event.

> When you contact us by email we keep records of any communications we have with you so that we can offer the best service to you and so that we can refer to them at later date if we need to. As with all sensitive data, we keep these details securely.
